Sex? Why Not?
After my 24-year old girlfriend in first year college,
I had no intention of committing myself again. Until I met
a girl in my second year (who was also my classmate). Honestly,
I didnt like her attitude. She was a little bit of too much
when it comes to pleasing our professors. But like what
they say, people change and so did I. I thought this girl
was somewhat witty which at that time, made me feel insecure
about myself, about my performance in class. I came to realize
that I have to appreciate her and so we became friends, real
close friends to the point that our classmates were teasing
us. Hmmm. Why not? I said to myself. She was cute and she
got these attractive Chinese looks.
And so the unexpected thing happened.
We used to go out of the university together after class.
But one time, she requested that I accompany her to get her
mobile phone fixed. I told her that its already getting
late. It was past five oclock in the afternoon, but she
insisted. I knew a place in Makati but the traffic jam was
a real mess. Hours passed by and it was already eight oclock
in the evening. I had no choice but to let her go with me in
our house. Im not allowed to bring any girls so I pretended
to be alone when I pressed the doorbell. It was my sis who
opened the door. I waited until everybody got asleep, then
my friend sneaked in to my room for a rest.
Then it was history.
Something happened to us. She was a bit hesitant at first
for she knew I was only her close friend, just a friend. She
cried but I told her that everything happens for a reason.
I assured her that the reason for this is love. The next morning
we had to go to school. We were late. The good thing though
is that it was our universitys foundation day. Again,
our classmates were teasing us as we walked our way inside
the campus together. We were excited to tell everyone
about our relationship.
You see, sex may sound too offensive for others. But if you
look closer, it is actually part of every humans life.
It is pertinent to point out again that sex comes with responsibility
and respect. It could make or destroy a relationship.
As with my case, it made my past relationships even stronger.
It has set a good foundation as me and my partner face together
all the adversities in life.
Well, I hope you enjoyed my true confessions in life. I have
a few more encounters but I think Ive already sent the message.

Sex can mean respect or disrespect, love or lust. It is
