Just Because
Tonight is a special night for Tony because tonight is the
night he finally gets to spend the evening with the love
of his life, Lyndia. He is so excited for he has been planning
this night for weeks.
He cooked dinner: shrimp pasta in alfredo sauce, a garden
salad, garlic bread, and some Dom Perignon by candlelight.
From the edge of the dining area was a trail of rose petals
leading to the bedroom and bathroom. On both sides of the
petals are candles, so it is a lighted trail to each of the
rooms. In the bathroom, the tub is filled with sensual bath
oils and beads and candles surround the tub. There is also
another bottle of Dom chilling on ice by the tub. On the other
side of the door connecting the bedroom and bathroom, the
rose petals continue to the bed. On the nightstand there
are body oils and a bowl of chocolate covered strawberries,
another bottle of Dom on ice, and of course, the bed is surrounded
by candles.
Tony did not concern himself with the time, effort and money
he had spent on tonight because he figured it was all worth
it for the woman in his life. She will be here in a minute so
I better get ready, Tony thought. He freshens up, sets the
table, lights the candles and runs hot water in the tub because
he figures by the time she is ready to get in the tub, the water
will be at the desired temperature. No sooner than Tony
turned off the water, the doorbell rang. Perfect
timing, says Tony as he rushes to the door.
Lyndia, waiting patiently at the door, is thinking to herself,
I wonder what Tony wants. He said he might have to work late
this week, but the message on the answering machine said
for me to stop by on my way home from work. He works so hard
on his job and somehow he seems to have time for me. Making
sure I am alright always there for me. Im
going to do something special for him one day soon. Then
the opening of the door interrupted her thoughts. Hi
love, says Tony. Come in. Honey,
what are you doing home? I thought you said you had to work
late this week. I thought your message to stop by was a mistake
but I came anyway to see if you were home and here you are.
What happened? Tony smiles and says jokingly,
Im doing fine love and how are you? No love,
I had to work late but I arranged for someone to work in my
place this week. Even though you say I dont listen
to you, I remembered you would be out of town next week so
we switched weeks so I could spend my time with you this week.
Let me take your coat. Tony, that was so
sweet of you to do. You are right, I didnt think you
remembered I was leaving town next week. Im glad
you did. She kisses him. Tony, I have something
I want to ask you. I dont want to start any trouble
or anything like that, but we have been seeing each other
for almost six months now and to some people that is a short
time, but to me it seems like six years. I knew I wanted to
be with you the moment we met. Everyday our love, well my
love for you, has grown stronger. There is nothing I would
not do for you. You have always been there for me when ever
I needed you. I know you feel the same way about me as I feel
for you because I feel it in my heart. You know some people
cannot say that about their loved one but I can, and a lot
of people Lyndia, says Tony, what are you trying to ask me?

Lyndia smiles and apologizes for rambling on about something
other than what she wanted to ask Tony. She was about to start
up again until she looked at the expression on Tonys
face which said the was getting impatient with her. Finally,
she spits it out, Tony, why havent you given
me a key to your apartment? We practically live together
now, either at my apartment or yours. You already have a
key to mine, so when can I have my own key to yours?
Tony laughs, Is that what you had to ask me?
Stop laughing, says Lyndia, I
am serious she has become upset. Tony stops laughing
and looks into her eyes.
Do you trust me? he says.
You know I do, says Lyndia.
Well trust me now, O.K? says Tony
Tony, dont try to avoid this, I am serious
about this. Says Lyndia.
Baby, you said you trusted me, so do it. Now baby,
close your eyes, I have something to show you.
Tony, please, says Lyndia.
Baby, please close your eyes, says Tony.
Lyndia looks at Tony with tears in her eyes and closes them.
Tony takes her by her hands, kisses her eyelids, and whispers,
Everything will be alright. He starts
to guide Lyndia to the dining table but he began thinking,
Im going to change my plans. My baby is upset, she
wont enjoy the meal I ve cooked -so instead,
I will take her to the tub. Ive got to change her mind
set right now. So he stops just prior to walking in the bedroom.
Wait a second love, dont open your eyes,
please. He runs to the room and gets a handkerchief.
Lyndia, standing by the doorway was overtaken with mixed
emotion. What is he doing? He knows I am upset and
he is running around playing games. Im leavingbut
I want to know his answer tonight. Enough of this game, we
are talking right now. She starts to open her eyes and find
Tony when Tony says, Baby I know you are upset right
now but trust me, everything will be alright. I have another
request, I will understand if you say no, but I have planned
this for a long time and there is so much I want to do for you
tonight, so baby can I tie this handkerchief around your
eyes just for the moment please. Lyndia, who by
this time was very angry, started feeling her anger dissolve
as the smoothness of Tony, s voice reassured her everything
would be alright. So she says alright Tony, we will play
this little charade for now, but when you are done, I want
an answer, you hear me? Tony smiles and says, You
wont regret this, I promise. So Tony ties
the handkerchief around her eyes and guides her into bathroom.
He guides her up to the tub when Lyndia says, Its
humid in here, its like a sauna. Tony says,
shh baby, just try to relax. I will take care of everything.
Lyndia says, humph, I bet you will. Tony turns her around and begins to undress her. Lyndias
mind really begins to race now. This horny bastard.
He wants to have sex in the tub to try to get my mind off what
I asked him, but it aint happening tonight. Tony,
Lyndia says out loud, there is no way in hell we are having
sex tonight. What are you doing? Tony smiles and
says, relax baby. He guides her into the
tub, after checking the water to ensure it was right, and
sat her down. After she was seated, he said Ill
be back in ten minutes baby. Please relax and dont
take off the blindfold, OK? Yeah right,
says Lyndia.
Between the heat of the water and the scent of the oils and
beds, Lyndia starts to feel herself drift. This feels good
she thinks. He makes me sick. Always doing something nice
when I am trying to be mad with him. He isnt going
to get away tonight, Im going to make him take a stand,
but this does hit the spot. He always knows what to do. I guess
that is why I love him but he is going to give me a key or else.
Making love right now would not be so bad, maybeif
he asks nicely. If I dont get that key, Im
taking mine back, yeah, thats what Ill
do. Then she hears a faint tap at the door and Tonys
voice saying he was coming in. She was about to issue her
ultimatum when Tony says, Did you enjoy your ten
minutes or did you let your mind take over? Lyndia
decides not to say anything.
Tony reaches in the water and gets the body sponge out and
starts under her chin letting the water run down her neck,
down her chest. He dips the body sponge back into the tub
and places it on the back of Lyndias neck letting
water run down her back. He dips it back into the water and
added the body wash to the sponge and begins gently washing
Lyndia, making sure he took his time to wash every inch of
her body. Each touch of the sponge was as gentle as silk as
Tony washed her.
The sensation from the body sponge took its toll on Lyndia
as her mind began to drift again. Oh my god, thinks Lyndia,
this feels good. I cant remember ever feeling anything
this good before in my life. Maybe Im hornier than
I thought. Her nipples began to stand erect from the touch
of the sponge. Oh Lord, she thinks, he is really going to
think I want him now. Ill make him wait a little bit
tonight before I give in. Before she knew it, Tony had reached

Meanwhile, Tony finishes up with his task. He gently moves
the body sponge to the left side of Lyndias hips.

area. Without a thought, Tony begins to wash in the vaginal

and stood up. She steps out with the guidance of Tony and

wear off. Tony starts drying Lyndia off. Once he was finished,
he says, Baby, Im putting a robe on you if
you dont mind. Lyndia, who by this time,
was in no position to say no, just nodded. The silk robe was
cool against Lyndias skin, which was another pleasant
feeling for her.
Tony guides her to the bedroom, stopping her shy of the doorway.
Are you hungry? says Tony.
Not for food says Lyndia.
I see says Tony. Alright then,
lets go Tony says as he guides her to the
bed. The candle gave off an aroma that was pleasant to the
nose, not overpowering, with a hint of fruitiness, enough
to spark and appetite. Tony placed her on the satin sheets.
Lie down love, says Tony. As she lays down,
she couldnt help but let her mind run away with her.
This is really great. Between the bath, the scent of those
candles, and the mysterious nature of this all, I am so excited.
This is going to be the best love making we have ever had,
she thinks.
Here baby, let me help you with this robe
suggests Tony. Sure, giggles Lyndia.
All right, here he comes thinks Lyndia. Come and take me!!!
Tony slowly gets onto the bed. Roll over baby, Tony says.
Ooo, are we getting kinky? says Lyndia.

In anticipation, she hears what sounds like the shedding
of clothes, the squirting of some type of bottle, and the
rubbing together of Tonys hands. He must

In due time, says Tony. He continued massaging

Once again, he spreaded cream on his hands and started the
process again, this time to the front of Lyndia. The bath,
massage and scent of the candles had started taking its
toll on Lyndia as she felt herself nodding off. Ill

though. She drifted off to sleep.
Lyndia is awaken by her internal clock (as she likes to call
it) to find Tony gone. There was a rose, a letter and a small
gift wrapped package lying beside her. She could not help
noticing how refreshed she felt as she reached for the items
lying beside her. She smelled the rose as she read the letter:
Good morning Love,
Im sorry I could not stay here until you awoke, but
you know the deal, work as usual. You were sleeping so peacefully
and I didnt want to wake you up. Baby, Im
sorry for upsetting you last night. That was the last thing
I wanted to do. I had envisioned last night for weeks now
and it finally became a reality. Even though I had imagined
us eating dinner but guess whats for dinner tonight
J. Anyway love, I hope you have as lovely a day as your night
was last night. Call me later.

to get sex from you, or a ploy to weasel my way out of the subject
you had brought up. Last night was just something I did out
of love. No hidden agendas or nothing. I did it just

Lyndia put the letter down and picked up the package. She
tore the wrapping off and opened it. It was a key
As Tony reached the door of his apartment, he couldnt
help but smile as he thought about the night before. Im
going to do that more often he say. He sticks the key in the
lock and opened the door to find Lyndia standing there.
She had on the robe from last night and nothing else. She
has her hands behind her back.
Hi love, how are you doing?
And why are you dressed like that?, says
Tony. She pulls her hands from behind her to reveal a handkerchief
and says, Just Because
