Do able fitness goals for food
An easy way to meet you food fitness goals is to drink juices.
If you are on the road alot like I am OJ, V8, and apple are the
best things to get that are available.
If you drink 2 v8 and an OJ or apple every day you get the minuim
daily amounts of fruits and veggies.
Allpe juices tend to have Hight Fructose corn suggars added
so watch for that and avoid it.
At home get a juicer. Carrot juice is easy to make and tast
very good.
