Tell or no tell

I am a 44 SWM with Cerebral Palsy, except for being in a
wheelchair and not being able to walk, I am a normal 44
year, with the same sex drive as any man my age.

My question is Should I state in my personal ads and when
I am in chat rooms, that I am handicapped?

When I tell them about my handicapp they are very nice to
me, they talk to me, even say they will call or come to
meet me, but never do.

When I don't tell them, they get mad and upset because I
did not tell them.

Please help me, I just want the samethings any ther man
wants, and feel it is unfair to be denied it because of
something I have no control of, and is not my fault.
