Handicapped, Tell or no tell

I am a 44 year old single white male with Cerebral Palsy, and in a wheelchair.

I have written personal ads some stating I was handicapped, and some not mentioning that I was
in a wheelchair.

In the ads that I tell them I handicapped one of two thing happen 1. I get no response at all, or 2. they seem intrested and we talk, but they always have some reason for not dating me.

In the ads that I don't tell them I'm handicapped they seem very intrested and we make arrangement to meet, but as soom as I let them know I'm in a wheelchair and cann't drive, I never hear from them again or they put me off.

So, should Istate in my ads that I'm hanndicapped or not?
