Obviously if the person ejaculating in your mouth has an Sexually Transmitted Disease, and depending on what disease that is, and whether or not you may have open sores in your mouth or gum disease, etc... you probably don't want to swallow or have your mouth on them in general. You have heard of HIV and how it is transmitted? Please do a web search on sexually transmitted diseases and read ALL about them and how they are spread.
