Georgia or Ohio? Does it matter who posts?

We received an email/complaint yesturday from a person
stating:

tell me to take time to read, why didnt you read before you
posted to a columbus, GA group. Forgot what state you are
in. Dont complain because someone is too far away.

The group moderator is from Columbus OHIO. Was it a mistake
that this group was catagorized under Georgia, or was it
on purpose?

Either way, does the person complaining have the right
to send an email like this?
