Annoying liitle Sleep Issue
Ok, question time..what makes people snore, I know it
has nothing to do with weight because I aint exactly fat,
nothing to do with fitness, because Im at the gym a few days
a week, but where does alcohol fit in, I find that after a
few beers or maybe a few red wines, Im told that I tend to
snore, doesnt happen all the time, just now and then, it
also happens when I have a mouth guard in, little tendency
to grind teeth or so the dentist says (something to do with
stress /grin), or is it related to body temperature, or
maybe fresh air in room, etc, etc, does anyone have more
information on this annoying little pastime
